On 27th October, 2021, a group of sane young minds were highlighting the effort of Mr Governor in addressing the concerns of Youths in the State. We all describe his approach as a Democratic attribute that is worthy of emulations by other Leaders. This prompted the thought to activate a platform that helps nurture the Youths especially the good numbers not exposed to politics to learn and imbibe in themselves true democratic principles as reflected by Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu. 

The movement brings together members of the Youth Council, Student organizations and the Community Based Youth Organizations to form the Lagos Democrats to help young Lagosians under true Democracy through strategic Workshop and practical experience. 

The focus of the movement are the non-partisan Youths whom we believe are not exposed to wrong politics to find true path. The movement has 10 thousand Membership strength spread across the State ready to embark on GetOutTheVote- GOTV Campaign for a man whom we believe has displayed good qualities of a true democrat in the coming election. 

Members of this movement believe in the Leadership style of Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu and are voluntarily mobilizing 2 million non - partisan Youths in the State to vote for him in the coming election.
